Our Management
Our Founder and CEO is Bambos Papacharalambous.
Bambos founded Novum after dealing with IT pains for a quarter of a century. His experience with small and large IT projects has helped him define Novum’s vision of a world with every business empowered by the right IT.Bambos is a holder of a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), a Master’s in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (BSEE).
Bambos has a diverse technical career with responsibilities in network administration, in system administration, in database administration and in software development.Bambos also has extensive experience in managing projects, people and products.
